No. PingPay is non-custodial: your recovery phrase is the only thing required to restore the wallet on a new device. Once restored, freeze the card from the app. The flip side: if you lose the recovery phrase too, no one — including PingPay — can recover it. Back it up offline before you ever need it.아니요.
